  Excellent service from start to finish. My hire car was available within 2 hours of my accident and the car was beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

  We recently hired a car from Enterprise Durham. May we first say what an enjoyable experience it was. We were unsure how long we would require a car for, which seemed like a problem to us, but this was dealt with efficiently and with no hassle whatsoever. All the staff we dealt with were exceptional, with ready smiles and a huge amount of care.They listened to what our requirements were, delivered the car to our door and brought us back home at the end of the hire period. They deserve a huge pat on the back. Thank you Enterprise Durham. 20 out of 10 from us and a BIG gold star.

  This is by far the best car rental service! Everyone I had spoken to were all friendly and helpful (Ben was just pleasant and such positive energy!). They’d even send the car to your location for you to drive them back to their office, and then back when you return the car. The car I rented was in great condition (drove to Lake District and it got us there and back, smooth and safe). Their rate was competitive and affordable, and unlike some of the bigger rental companies, when you return without filling the tank, Enterprise only charges you at the national petrol rate (the bigger international rental names charge 2x or 3x more). This is all in comparison to the (very) unpleasant experience I had with Budget (through EasyJet) just a week prior; they didn’t allow me to collect the pre-booked car because I didn’t have an international license and had to book with another company at a much higher price given the urgency. No refund was granted either. I highly recommend Enterprise. Made my holiday experience in UK so much more pleasant without the unnecessary hassles.. Thank you.
